how to get backlinksHey Hey my friend Welcome to Episode 3 of Backlink Friday’s! I know it has been a couple weeks since I posted a how to get backlinks article.

I’ve been quite busy but I do promise to continue bringing you these videos at least twice a month.

So let’s jump right in and waste no time. Today I have some amazing backlinks for you from Social Bookmarking, to member profiles, and my favorite member blogs.

Three of the 5 are Pagerank 6 and 2 are Pagerank 8.

1. BlinkList.com PR 8 Root Domain

Blinklist is a Social Bookmarking website. I have been doing quite a bit of Social Bookmarking the last couple weeks and I love these kind of sites because it allows you to add ALL your backlinks and you can use them over and over again. Most of them also get indexed quite quickly.

Just create an account and hit the “add link” button in the top left and have fun 8)

To get the List I mention in the video ….Click Here<<<— this is a list of over 54 social bookmarking sites where you can create an account and drop your backlinks. If you do not want to do it manually you can place an order with SocialMaximizer and they do it for your.

2. LiveJournal.com PR 8 Root Domain Website

Live journal is very similar to WordPress.com and tumblr.com where they allow you to have a free blog where you can publish your articles.

I am a huge fan of member blogs because they allow you to insert in context, anchor text backlinks which is the most powerful kind of backlinks you can have.

And you are creating your own network of blogs that most people pay hundreds of dollars a month to have access to private blog networks.

3. GoLoco.org PR 6 Root Domain Website

Goloco is a type of social networking website that allows it’s users to share and post their travel plans and expenses. You will be getting a simple URL backlink from you Profile page.

Just create an account and insert your URL’s under “website” and “blog”.

4. Webjam.com PR 6 Root Domain Website

Webjam is also a social networking website that allows you to connect with friends, family and coworkers.

To get your backlink from webjam you will create an account and then go to “edit profile” and drop a “href” code with your backlink.If you do not know how to create a href copy the code below and replace with your info

5. Ted.com PR 8 Root Domain Website

Ted.com is a  publishing website that shares a lot of very inspiring and motivational information.

To get your backlink you will create your account and once you are logged in you will go to “edit profile” and there will be a section towards the bottom left that says “my website links” where you can add up to a maximum of 3 anchor text links.

Oyax is simply a link exchange community with do follow links. Sign up and hit “Add Link” in the Top Right

2. MerchantCircle.com : PR8 Root Domain Website

Merchant Circle is a great website that connects local businesses together and they can trade services etc.

Not only is it a great place to offer your serice to your local community once you set up your account you are also given access to your very own member blog.

You can publish articles just as you would with your WordPress blog and insert links back to your site.

Shell Live Wire is another website that allows you to set up an account and with that account you get your very own blog. Publish an article just like merchant cirle with links back to your site.

4. ColourLovers.com : PR 7 Root Domain Website

Colour Lovers is a community where people from around the world share their love for different colors. Although you do NOT get a blog by setting up your profile you DO get a Bio section where you can insert your HREF code.

5. OpenSalon.com PR 7 Root Domain Website

Open Salon is a social content site where again you get your very own blog once you sign up for a free account. Now you do have to be careful and NOT spam this or any site. I did this and got my account shut down so learn from my mistakes. Publish good content.
